Each piece of RubyGR jewellery is handmade and designed, no two pieces are exactly the same. Please note that some patterns and markings on the jewellery may differ slightly from the pictures. This makes your piece a unique one off!

Shipping
Purchases are shipped with Australia Post. Delivery charges include tracking and signature on delivery to ensure the safety of your piece. Please provide current and accurate shipping details. We are not responsible if inaccurate details are provided.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for the piece to be made and shipped. Shipping times will be confirmed in the purchase confirmation email.
Tracking and postage details will be discussed via email at the time of postage.
Once shipped, your parcel is expected to arrive within 10 business days.
Returns and Repair Policy
Rubygr Jewellery is made with great care and consideration and is made to the highest quality. Please choose carefully before purchasing, as each piece is handmade and made to order.
If a piece you have bought had a manufacturing fault, please email me at [email protected] to organise a repair up to 6 months after the purchase date.
Where appropriate, I reserve the right to inspect the item before offering a repair. Returns and repairs do not include items that are damaged due to general wear and tear or mistreatment or change of mind.

Care + Handling
General wear and tear is expected with wearing jewellery. Sterling silver jewellery may tarnish with wear. To repolish, simply clean with a silver polishing cloth to shine. An assortment of jewellery is made with enamel.
Enamel is a fine glass powder fused to metal at high firing temperatures. Enamel if dropped may chip and crack, so please treat these pieces with care.

Sizing and Resizing
All rings are handmade to order and use Australian ring sizing. If you know your ring size, please email me to have a custom ring made.
